Hi. Griffin Riley here.

I’m Griffin, a photojournalist based in LA with experience in just about everything. I started shooting as a teen for no reason other than vanity while I chased compliments from friends and family over my photos. After some time, I realized I kinda liked this photography thing.

Fast forward a few years, and I can say I’ve got experience and wisdom beyond my years with a camera. Buckle up because it’s a lot: I’ve shot commercials for Adidas + Disney, was a staff photographer for University of Arizona’s Athletics Department my senior year, I’ve graced the front page of Billboard for my work with Bring Music Home, shot for the National Park Service in Flagstaff, I’ve freelanced for the non-profit paper AZ Luminaria, interned for the Arizona Daily Star, I shoot and drone op for Lemonlight, I’ve shot several IndyCar races including the 2023 finale in Laguna Seca, and camped out and shot King of the Hammers. Oh and I’m only 25. AND on top of all this I work in the film industry too with the Locations Department.

These days, my muse is motorsports and outdoors adventure photography, but when I tell you I shoot everything, I mean everything. Headshots, sports, remote rock climbing expeditions across South America, you name it! It’s what we photojournalists do. Let’s talk about how we can work together on your next project.
